Hey, I’m M@tt.
I'm a creative director and brand storyteller helping B2B companies sound less like B2B companies.
My background in interactive media shaped how I think about user experience: If the customer journey is challenging in any way, they’ll never make it far enough to see your product, let alone care about it. That's why I'm obsessed with finding the simplest possible way to get an audience’s attention and lead them where they need to go.
With 15 years of experience creating everything from video to graphic design, 3D, and more, I'm comfortable both in the strategy room and behind a desk doing the work. I've sat on a company leadership team, briefed and managed outside agencies, mentored internal team members, built brand voice guidelines, and built production workflows that stretched modest budgets into work that punched above its weight.
One of the most valuable parts of my process is pre-visualization. Mockups and storyboards have saved enormous amounts of time across hundreds of projects in my career. They make it possible to edit and hone visuals before any real work has even started. Clients and internal teams alike consistently point to this as the thing they appreciate most when working with me.
